Pretreatment Processes

Pretreatment is the first and very important step in textile process. Particularly, the pre-treatment processes require high and sophisticated technology and engineering to achieve the well known concepts, "Right first time, Right every time and Right on time ". Pretreatment process could be defined as procedures concerning about the removal of natural and added impurities in the fabric to an optimum level that can provide good whiteness and absorbency by utilizing minimum time, energy and chemicals as well as water.

Alkon OL	All type of fiber	Non/An-ionic	Scouring agent is especially for removing oily, fatty and waxy impurities and high absorption and rewettability It resistance 80 g/l NaOH(Flake), applied in exhaustion and continuous process.
Alkon N	All type of fiber	Non/An-ionic	Scouring agent is especially for removing oily, fatty and waxy impurities and high absorption and rewettability It resistance 90 g/l NaOH (Flake), applied in Jigger.
Alkon AG-16	Cellulose	Non/An-ionic	Scouring agent is high absorption and rewettability. It resistance 140 g/l NaOH(Flake), applied in Pad steam and Cold pad batch.
Alkon OK	Cellulose	Non/An-ionic	Scouring agent is moderate absorption and rewettability. It resistance 120 g/l NaOH (Flake), applied in Pad steam and Cold pad batch and Jigger.
Alkon JET	Cellulose/Polyester	Non-ionic	Low-foaming detergent for wetting and scouring woven and knitted fabrics in high liquor turbulence machines (Jet dyeing machine). It resistance 70 g/l NaOH 38 oBe'
Alkon F-JET	Cellulose	Non-ionic	Wetting and scouring agent for use in enzymatic desizing process, and applied in continuous , cold pad batch and exhaustion process.
Alkon DC	Cellulose	Non/An-ionic	Detergent for all types of fibres, especially for removing oily, fatty and waxy impurities and for washing off spin finishes and water-soluble sizes. Applied in exhaustion and continuous process.
Alkon P-T	All type of fiber	Non/An-ionic	Detergent for all types of fibres, especially for removing oily, fatty and waxy impurities and washing out spin finishes and water-soluble sizes.
Alkon FL	All type of fiber	Non-ionic	Low-foaming detergent for wetting and scouring woven, knitted fabics and wool in high liquor turbulence machines (Jet and rapid winch dyeing machine). Particularly suitable in finishing liquor with or without pigments.

Ecolase MT Conc.	Cellulose	Non-ionic	Desizing agent is medium temperature amylase emzyme with optimum efficiency ca. 70-90 oC, pH 5-6 for enzymatic desizing. Applied for Continuous process.

4. CELLULASE ENZYMET

10. ANTI PEROXIDE ENZYME
